1. NSR Information Systems

   Software Engineer — working as Product Designer

   Oct 2025 – Sep 2026
   • Led product design and UX strategy for AuctionFlex X, the next-generation mobile cataloging app for HiBid auction houses. With no dedicated product manager on the team, also set scope, priorities and requirements and drove delivery with two engineers, from the first screen through to release.
   • Designed the mobile product from scratch: 50+ production screens covering lot creation, metadata editing, item lifecycle and auction sync.
   • Introduced the Continuous Capture Pipeline, a mobile-first workflow letting auction staff photograph, tag and create lots in sequence without breaking capture flow, and architected the offline-first UX model behind it.
   • Built a Material UI + Apple HIG–aligned design system, and worked in an AI-assisted delivery workflow built around Claude Code and ChatGPT to keep design and implementation in step.

2. Cinestox Technologies

   Lead Experience Designer

   Jun 2024 – Aug 2025
   • Led zero-to-one product design for Cinetrade and Cinestox, defining the end-to-end experience across mobile apps, admin dashboards and marketing surfaces.
   • Designed 80+ mobile screens and 50+ dashboard interfaces, and built a modular Figma design system that sped up iteration and developer handoff.
   • Led beta rollout behind 12,000+ early-access signups, and mentored four designers and contractors through design reviews.

3. Cognizant, Mumbai

   Programmer Analyst — working as UI/UX Designer

   Jan 2022 – May 2024
   • Designed responsive UI for complex B2B dashboards in the finance and healthcare sectors, and built the modular design libraries behind them.
   • Delivered developer-ready assets, annotated specifications and accessibility alignment (contrast ratios, focus states, screen-reader structure) for regulatory dashboards.

4. Ratel Capitals Pvt Ltd

   UI/UX Designer

   Nov 2020 – Jul 2021
   • Joined during the MVP phase as primary UI/UX designer for a role-based investment analytics dashboard.
   • Built a component-driven Figma library that cut UI turnaround by 30%, and usability testing lifted onboarding completion by 15%. Beta shipped in under three months.

   Jul 2019 – Oct 2020
   • Produced instructional video content for Unskooler.in, an edtech platform — scripting, storyboarding, editing and motion graphics in Premiere Pro and After Effects.

  Freelance, for FactoryJet Pvt Ltd

  Marketing website for a commerce and ERP platform: 28 responsive product and solution pages, built on an atomic Figma component system so the client could assemble and edit them in the CMS, delivered with a 3–4 person team.
